About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our growing team in India. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with foundational HR knowledge and 1-3 years of experience who is eager to support our HR operations and contribute to building a strong organizational foundation.
The role will require frequent visits to the  Bengaluru, India location/office in a hybrid model. 
The HR Administrator will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR activities, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Primary Responsibilities 
  • Administrative Support & Operations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS
    • Process new hire documentation and coordinate onboarding activities
    • Prepare HR letters, certificates, and documentation as required
    • Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and general HR matters in India
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
    • Maintain recruitment tracker and generate weekly recruitment reports
    • Assist in organizing recruitment drives and campus hiring events
    • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and other channels
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and cultural events
    • Help maintain internal communication channels and employee newsletters
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records and registers
    • Support compliance audits and documentation requirements
    • Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures
    • Help maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Generate regular HR reports and dashboards for management review
    • Support HR analytics initiatives by collecting and organizing data
    • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership meetings
What You Bring to this Role
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • HR certification or diploma from recognized institution
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Workday, or similar) and Google Suite
  • Experience with ATS platform, JobVite
  • Ability to work PST Time Zones
