Kantata OX Standard Integrations

Certain Kantata OX subscription packages, including Kantata Core and Kantata Core Plus renewal packages, include access to one (1) Standard Integration (“Standard Integration”) as part of the applicable subscription.

A “Standard Integration” means a Kantata-supported integration made available by Kantata for use with the Kantata OX platform, as designated by Kantata from time to time. The then-current list of Standard Integrations is maintained on this page and may be updated by Kantata in its discretion during the term of the subscription.

Customer may select any one (1) Standard Integration from the then-current list of Standard Integrations at any time during the applicable subscription term, subject to technical requirements and applicable documentation. Customer is not required to designate a Standard Integration at the time of renewal.

Access to a Standard Integration includes the right to enable and use the selected integration within the Kantata OX platform. Implementation, configuration, setup, customization, data migration, or professional services related to a Standard Integration are not included unless expressly stated in an applicable order form or statement of work, and may be subject to additional fees.

Access to a Standard Integration is limited to the integration selected by Customer. Additional integrations, premium integrations, custom integrations, or integrations not designated as Standard Integrations may require the purchase of additional subscriptions or services and may be subject to separate terms and fees.

Use of any Standard Integration is subject to the applicable documentation, acceptable use policies, and any third-party terms required by the provider of the integrated service. Kantata does not warrant the continued availability of any third-party service and may modify or discontinue support for a Standard Integration as reasonably necessary, provided that Kantata will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a comparable integration where feasible.
