Kantata Named 2023 Best Place to Work in Orange County

The awards program, in partnership with Workforce Research Group, identifies and honors the best places of employment in Orange County, California.
The top organizations were determined through a two-part process, which evaluated each employer’s workplace policies and practices, as well as an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The final ranking was determined by the combined scores. Workforce Research Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Orange County and analyzed the data.
